WHAT IS PERFORMANCE COACHING
(and what it isn’t)

In the simplest of terms, Phillip Andrew Barbb’s performance coaching is about building a SURE-FIRE STRATEGY, providing EXTREME ACCOUNTABILITY, and focused on ACCELLERATED RESULTS.

It isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach.

It isn’t following a standardized handbook from a webinar or a 2-day weekend yoga retreat. Performance Coaching is a personalized process that is fun, exciting, and motivating with effective tools that are guaranteed to help you

Performance Coaching is not Therapy.

Whereas therapy focuses on Yesterday and diving deep into your past, Performance Coaching is about today, developing a plan for your future, and pushing yourself to achieve your life’s mission.
