How It Works
1. Free intro call. A no-pressure, 20–30 minute conversation about your goals to see if we’re a fit.
2. Strategy session. We get specific about what you want in the next 90 days and what’s been stopping you, then build the plan.
3. Ongoing coaching and accountability. We work through a mix of video sessions on Zoom, phone calls and text check-ins, so you’re never on your own between meetings. We review progress, solve problems and set your next commitments.

What Clients Often Tell Me
“I was nervous to hire a coach.”
I hear this a lot. Most of my clients have never worked with a coach before. Some worried it would feel like therapy, others that it would be a sales pitch or a lot of motivational talk. What they usually tell me after a few weeks is that it was simpler than they expected: we figure out what you want, build a plan, and I hold you to it.
“I didn’t think I had time for this.”
The people I work with are busy, and that’s usually the point. Between Zoom sessions, a quick phone call and text check-ins, coaching fits around your schedule instead of adding to it. Clients often say the accountability ended up saving them time, because they stopped spinning on the same problems.
“I was worried you’d tell me what I wanted to hear.”
I won’t. I’ll be honest with you, kindly, but directly. A lot of my clients have plenty of people around them who agree with everything they say. What they want from me is a straight answer.
“I’ve worked with coaches before. Your perspective is different.”
Some of my clients love coaching and like collecting perspectives. What they tell me they get from me is two things they don’t usually find in one place. First, years in Hollywood running big-budget productions, where deadlines don’t move and every decision has a price tag. Second, a grounded, practical approach that comes from being sober since 2008. Pressure, ego and burnout aren’t theory to me.
“I expected it to take a lot longer to see results.”
Most clients notice a difference in the first month: clearer priorities, fewer things falling through the cracks, and more confidence in their decisions. The bigger changes take longer, but momentum starts fast.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you only coach people in Los Angeles?
No. I’m based in LA and occasionally meet local clients in person, but most clients work with me over Zoom and phone from all over the country.
How is performance coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often looks at the past to understand it. Coaching looks forward: setting goals, building a plan and holding you accountable to it.
How long do people usually work with you?
It depends on your goals. Real change takes more than a few sessions, and we’ll talk about what makes sense on your free call.
What if I’m not sure coaching is for me?
That’s what the free call is for. No pressure, no hard sell.
